1. Advertising disclosure

Pages reached from our ads — including article-style pages and advertorials — are paid advertising published by ZignaGenix. They are not independent journalism, news coverage, or an endorsement by any publisher, platform or government body. Any person appearing in our advertising is either a patient sharing their own experience or a paid presenter, and we label which.

2. Not medical advice

All content is general information for adults. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a prescription, or a substitute for care from your own physician. No physician– patient relationship is created by reading a page, completing a candidacy check, or submitting a form. A relationship begins only if and when a licensed physician accepts you as a patient after an in-person assessment at our clinic. Never delay care or stop a prescribed medication because of something you read here. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

3. Regulatory status and claims

The treatments described are provided by licensed partner clinics in Mexico under Mexican health regulation. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the conditions discussed, and are not represented as approved, cleared, certified or reimbursed anywhere they are not. We do not claim that any therapy cures, treats, prevents or reverses any disease. We make no guarantee of improvement, and we do not state or imply that treatment is a last resort, a substitute for surgery, or effective for conditions we have not discussed with you clinically.

4. Candidacy checks are screening tools, not decisions

A candidacy check applies a fixed set of rules to the answers you provide. A result of “possible candidate” means only that nothing in your answers rules you out for a clinical conversation; a physician may still decline to recommend treatment. A result that ends the check is not a diagnosis and should not be read as one. Answer honestly — screening depends on it.

5. Testimonials and results

Reviews and testimonials are the unedited-in-substance experience of the individual who gave them, published with permission. They are not typical, not verified as clinical outcomes, and are not a prediction of what you will experience. Individual results vary, and some people see no improvement. Testimonials are not compensated unless the page says so at the point where the testimonial appears. Trustpilot ratings shown reflect public reviews at the time of publication; we do not filter, suppress or incentivise reviews.

6. Physician-reviewed intake

• Submitting a candidacy check costs nothing. A physician reviews your responses and decides one thing only: whether pursuing treatment is worthwhile for you.
• A physician reviewing your responses is not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, a protocol design, or a promise that treatment will be offered.
• All examination, testing, and treatment decisions are made in person at our clinic in Mexico. Laboratory studies are performed on site at the clinic if the physician considers them necessary.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Protocol pricing shown in advertising is a starting range and is not a quote; final pricing is confirmed only after in-person assessment.

7. Travel and treatment abroad

Treatment takes place in Mexico. You are responsible for travel, lodging (unless a written package states otherwise), passports and visas, and for understanding that care delivered abroad is governed by local law and local complaint procedures. Nothing in our advertising should be read as advice that travel is medically safe for you; that is part of the clinical assessment.

8. Communications consent

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or text about your enquiry. Marketing messages are separate and you can unsubscribe at any time. Consent to marketing is never a condition of anything else. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

9. Eligibility and use

Our advertising and candidacy checks are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not submit information on behalf of someone else without their permission. We may decline or cancel a booking, and refund the fee, at our discretion — including where a case is clinically unsuitable.

10. Liability, changes and contact

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZignaGenix is not liable for decisions made on the basis of general advertising content. Clinical care is the responsibility of the treating physician and clinic. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you submit a form.
