Physician-reviewed intake — medically screened before anything commercial.

Three days here

Most protocols are delivered across three days. This is what those days actually look like, so travel is a logistics question rather than an unknown.

Day one — arrival and assessment

  • Airport pickup and transfer to your accommodation.
  • Intake with the coordinator: paperwork, itinerary confirmation, questions.
  • In-person examination and assessment by the physician.
  • Laboratory studies are performed on site at the clinic if the physician considers them necessary.
  • Rest of the day is yours.

Day two — protocol day

  • Morning arrival at the clinic.
  • Protocol administered according to the plan agreed on day one.
  • Observation period with clinical staff before discharge.
  • Written aftercare instructions and a direct contact number.

Day three — review and departure

  • Follow-up review with the physician.
  • Discussion of what to expect over the coming weeks and what to report.
  • Discharge summary and follow-up schedule.
  • Transfer to the airport.

Individual itineraries vary with the protocol and clinic location. Your coordinator confirms yours in writing before you book travel.

A physician reviewing your responses is not a diagnosis. Candidacy for any treatment is determined only after in-person assessment at our clinic in Mexico, including laboratory studies if the physician considers them necessary.
